This book has some wonderful recipes in it that are great for diabetics and suitable for entertaining. The photos that go along with each recipe are visually appealing and inspiring.
The book is a convenient, 3 ring binder so the pages lie flat when you are cooking and trying to follow the recipe. Ms. Pare also gives metric and imperial measurements for ingredients. I've tried a few recipes and intend to try more. The muffin recipes are especially good for anyone looking for a hearty, healthy breakfast alternative.
