About the author

I began reading horror and paranormal books when most girls my age were still reading fairy stories. I always dreamed that one day I would be able to write stories that readers could become lost in.

The Mortis, Shifter Squad, Hellscourge and Fate's Warriors series are connected, but can be read as stand alone series. The overarching theme about Fate's chosen champions will come to an end with my fifth series; Loki's Exile.

My sixth series, Hunter Elite, begins a new saga with the seventh series, Half Fae Hunter, as a spin off.

Loved it

The series gets better by the book. I cannot wait to see where this series goes. Loving all of the twists and turns.

Predictable and weak

I liked the plot and mostly the first book. The second still kept me interested but the third book became redundant and predictable. It was obvious the heroine going to turned into a demon. The bird thing kind of what turned me off. Too weak and it was pathetic how the h kept getting bitten up by the bird. Another thing, I couldn't stand Brie so between the two and having a weak female who attacked by the bird made me lose interest. I forced myself to try to finished but couldn't. I lost interest on the plot. This is my second attempt on this author reading her series. It seems after the second book the plot become predictable and boring. I think this series would have been stronger plot wise if written as trilogy instead of stretching it for more money. The writing is good and the plot wasn't bad except I don't care for weak heroine. I won't be following this series since this was a waste of money for me when I couldn't even finish. I wouldn't recommend this series. Too predictable and weak heroine. Romance was weak. Didn't feel the Nathan thing.

Okay, I actually forgot to review this when i was done but i quickly reread it again yesterday and my thoughts were a bit confusing. First thing, i do love the novel, it is very good but there was a few times it had repeats in it. But that is just the author making sure we understand where the book is going. The first three books were good, funny novels and quick reads. I want more to the series. And it is here, all nine books are done now and I'm going to reread book 4, so i can get a review up of it as well and then also read books 5 to 9 after that.

I love all the twists and turns in the book, it had me resting myself against my seat asking/begging of more.

People who read this book or like her two others series, please read and review it like you done before.

Reduced the number of starts as it spends too much time achieving very little in 66% of the novel and the last 34% is rushed where I feel far more time should be spent.
But that is me.
