Awesome adventures inspired by the best-selling new Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire video games and picking up where the Pokémon Adventures Ruby and Sapphire saga left off!
Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald face a new crisis of epic proportions: a giant meteor hurtling toward the planet!
When Lorekeeper Zinnia launches an attack on Sea Mauville to prevent our friends from charging the Dimensional Shifter to protect the planet, Ruby attempts to steal her scroll and its secrets. Meanwhile, after learning the shocking truth about the falling meteor, Sapphire loses her voice. And then she is transported through a mysterious ring to…where?!
And what does Mythical Pokémon Hoopa have to do with all this...?
I'd read volume 1 of this series and found it a bit confusing, in part because of its large cast. So I wasn't surprised when I found this volume confusing, too - but I did feel silly when I realized, three-quarters of the way through, that this was volume 3 and not 2! That probably accounts for at least SOME of the confusion . . .
Update: I reread this after reading volumes 1 and 2, and it does indeed make more sense. :P
What the frick, Sapphire?!? Your pokemon are being drained and you just want to know how they're supposed to battle like that! Really?! She also acts too
There are roughly 80 pages per volume. In that meagerly space too many characters and concepts are introduced to allow clarity to the reader. Surprisingly, there is almost no attention given to the pokemon.
