I bought this book while headed west from Ohio to Montana. What's really nice is that the author gives interesting information about huckleberries and suggests that you substitute blueberries for huckleberries, if you can't get them where you live.

The huckleberry cookbook have some good looking recipes. I alone try one. Huckleberry Margarita. Very good alcohol drink.
