The bits I understood were interesting! I felt it gave me a flavour of the key differences between Derrida and Heidegger's interpretations of Nietzsche rather than allowing me to understand all the intricacies.

That could be entirely my fault, of course, but I did feel the book was written in an unnecessarily obtuse manner at times - the afterword by the translator is by some distance the clearest bit of writing on show. Rather disorganised too (for some reason hermeneutics was explained in detail for the first time in the latter half of the final chapter!).
