Teresa: My son loves helicopters. After reading this book we acted out many scenarios of him rescuing his stuffed animals from the ocean via his helicopter couch. So much fun!

Who knew a children's book about a coast guard rescue could be so gripping?! The illustrations here are the star, with depictions of each scene from angles that make you feel like you're part of the experience--as if the water was splashing against your body in the midst of a tumultuous storm.

I so like a children's book that is written in rhyme. Great story! Real to what CG Search and Rescue accomplishes every day on American waters.

Rhyming book about a coast guard rescue. Good for kids interested in helicopters, rescue jobs, etc.
