In this second installment, the crew is back and is fighting for love harder than ever. Everyone has a secret agenda of their own that can ruin relationships and friendships. Only the strongest survive and the weak are exposed. Ashanta Scott finally got to her breaking point, when she had no choice but to leave Kwenya behind. She escapes to Mexico where she meets a stranger named, Jesse. Jesse takes Ashanta under her wing and shows Ashanti just how strong she is deep down, and how to seek revenge on those that crossed her. When Ashanta comes back, she isn't the same timid woman she once was, and in place is a scorned woman out for blood. Without Ashanta, Kenya goes down a road of self-destruction. Kwenya is out for blood and won't stop until he finds out what happened to, Ashanta. Rakita has plans of her own, she knows that without Ashanta in the picture, she can get Kwenya back into her life. Will her plan work or is it too late? Desi has plans of her own, to expose those who crossed her. She comes up with a plan that might cost her, her life. After Bishop finds out the truth, will it be too late to rekindle the love between him and Desi? The plot thickens, in the second installment. As only the strongest survive and the weak are exposed. Who will come out on top? Only way to find out is to join the crew and to see who is real in this urban tale of deceit, heartbreak and revenge.

GREAT book... LOVE IT...

only neg.... it took me around 30% before faces started to match up from the first books. That is the only thing I hate about these "to be continued"... I forget what folks look like ... grrrr

I swear Natavia never disappoints. I hope Yolo knows what's up, Jesse just made me dislike her ass cause she's a snake in the grass and for somebody who really wants to know her daughter she have a hell of a way to show it. I'm really rooting for Desi and Bishop because they make a good couple, they compliment each other. They both did wrong so I hope they work it out and Ro with this stalker business need to get a life. Can't wait for part 3

This book is the bomb!!! You really get sucked in!! The characters of the book come to life! It's like i can picture what they look like and every action described in the book!

WORTHY OF A BOW

Kaboooooooom Natavia has blown me away once again ....This STORYLINE is powerful the steady flow of drama keeps you mesmerized for front cover to last....My heart goes out to Ree Ree ...Jada was a azzhole in this book I never saw tha comin but I'm glad cause I think Yolo is her mate......KUDO TO MY GIRL KATRICE was like watching a movie SHE PLAYED HER PART WELL I knew she was going to be a force to behold.....Desi got her man and she's making rookie MISTAKES........The woman dominated this book and Bishop find his great thing .....Poet has a secret that may cost Yolo his life Jesse is after SOMETHING...OUT FREAKING STANDING SISTA

I wanted to really like this one but it just seemed forced from the beginning. The way she ran off then met up with Jesse for that stupid plan was a mess. The point behind Jesse even coming into anything just for her to flip the script took away from the read. Then having him tied up, not sure if it was a year or fifteen but either way it was just dumb.

I thought Mondo was his brother but I’m not sure because her entire involvement was off. It was wrapped up in the end but how it all went down was just so forced it was over the top. Not sure about reading the next one because it seems like the way Chaos is going about things his situation won’t last long.

Puzzled

To many pieces in a puzzle that has different shapes and sizes. Everybody has a mask, hidden secrets and agendas. I love reading Natavia books. I laughed, cried, got happy and sad. Never a dull moment and the plot just thickens with each new book.

Now this is more like it....funny and sweet with a twist of mystery

Ok, so this is part 2 and there is more, way more drama than necessary.
Everybody got what they deserved and karma got them good. From Chasity who became crazy, to Damos who is no more to Rakita who is waiting her fate to Bernie who...well I am not going to spoiled this.
Poet, man you are so bad, such a snitch... I truly hope you can get away from this.
Jada, you deserved to have karma visit you and Desi, why, why would you do something like that.
Ashanta you are the man, the woman and everything else... I love it. You and Desi are my Shero
This gang is off the chain and let me see if the finale is a bust or a trophy. This was very funny, sweet with a twist of the best mystery ever. I just love how everything came to it.

I still enjoyed the characters in part 2. In my opinion ,I just felt as if the story was prolonged. Its also like the writing wasn't as good as the first part to me. It still had its little laughs and i was grateful for that. I was honestly going to stop reading about 75 percent in because i was loosing interest but i pushed amd red to the end.

No one would’ve thought

This book is so good, I love how the author keeps the characters full with events. They all have something going on and a story to tell. I love the twist Natavia did with Jess playing the savior with Ashanti but then falling for her man because Jess feels Ashanti isn’t enough for him. Great book waiting for book 3

This was very suspenseful. I was captivated by how Ashanta's plan played out. Can't wait to see Yolo & Ree, Ashanta & Jesse, Chaos & Kwenya, Quay & Serene. I hope Bishop finds forgiveness in his heart for Desi.
