I have been writing since I was eight. I started out with poetry. Eventually, I moved on to short fantasy stories, then eventually books. I have always loved books, whether I was reading them or writing them. Books were always a perfect escape from reality. When I was growing up, I admired authors and I imagined I would eventually be one. The primary genre I write is fantasy romance. I love creating tough heroines and sexy vampires, werewolves, Fae, and every other supernatural creature I can come up with. I also write new adult romance when I am in the right mood. I want my readers to get the same joy from reading my stories that I do when I read some of my favorite authors.
Things have now really heated up in Haileys life. Finding out who she is and fighting her feelings for Peirce is taking its toll. She is still battling feelings, siblings and the truth of who she is but has become a force to be reckoned with. I really enjoyed this series. It's well written, easy to read , great storyline and of course has insanely hot vampires. Well worth one clicking!
This book takes another big turn in Hailey's life. It was all change again. There's more hurt for her, how much can one person take and keep going. She gets there in the end. A few editing mistakes noted, but not too bad.
I loved this series I really did, at times it was a bit chaotic and maybe some scenes didn't make much sense due to lack of description but not by much. However, no matter what I found frustrating such as haileys annoying choices and obvious rebellion, mainly her man choices (frustrating!), I always kept reading because I was hooked. I loved it.
Saying that I am sad the pages got less and less each book and I'm sad this one ended so soon, I feel like maybe new challenges for her was needed, be it a different country and maybe like a high court for the vampire world or something a long that scale. Something that would really test her love with who she chose to be with. Maybe another book ? Who knows
No matter how frustrating the main characters's love choices are in Ella's books, I am always continuously sucked in. This trilogy left me slightly frustrated, but I'm glad the book worked itself out in the end. The concept was definitely different, dragging Hailey into the web of vampires of which she could never escape unscathed. Four glittery stars for the trilogy and four glittery stars for this final installment!
This author never ceases to amaze me. Her story flows well, is exciting, alluring and wonderfully thought out. I loved this series and this book was the perfect finish to it. Feel like she may have left a door open to a spin off series. Her journey will take you through emotions as if they are your own. EPIC is the best way to describe the book and this series. WELL DONE!!!!
Well I have to say I'm disappointed. So many questions were raised during the series left unattended. If it was filler information than that's fine but when information is never addressed after making a big deal about it is frustrating....where's Grace? What about all Pierces infidelity? Julio? Her death/ funeral? Turning a vampire? Derrick and his brother? Her inability to with stand so much of the vampires influence implying she was something else then nothing or leading you to believe. It kind of goes on. You think the will get back to it after sweeping it under the rug but never do.
She made the same mistakes just with different guys. Her choices never mattered like did she want kids? Well that was taken out of equation by selfish acts. she switched guys like changing underwear and her devotion to them and bam the next chapter oh wait goes in a different direction. I know it was mainly about her inability to make decisions, eventually she does but I guess I am just disappointed how it played out and so many unanswered questions.
