A decent Mediterranean cookbook with most of the recipes that you would expect for the region. If you don't already one, it's worth a peek, the homemade yogurt was interesting as well as the spice mixes.

I would eat everything in this book!!! Much of this is not really my kind of food, but I could totally eat this. It looks so delicious and beautiful, fresh and bright. Some of the recipes involve A LOT of ingredients, however it is worth it. This is a good book for someone who has time to really cook and enjoy it. I think that I would buy this book and dabble if I could.

I love watching her show on PBS and just knew that I wanted her new cookbook.

Its well written and there are some really good recipes in the book, though I am not sure that I will be trying half of them which is a shame.

They look delicious, but time consuming maybe for parties or family dinners, not for everyday.
