This was a hugely enjoyable little collection of illustrations. The drawing was cute, simple and works really well and even a non-cyclist like myself could appreciate and enjoy the jokes, dilemmas and pleasures described within these pages. I even found his warm enthusiasm very contagious too. This would undoubtedly make a great gift for the cyclist in your life.

Fun read, great illustrations, and quite relatable.

It was Sunday, my bike needed fixing (still does at the time of this review), and I found myself sick *sigh* I decided to go to the library (by walking *sigh*) to look for some books that might help me fix my bike amongst the YouTube videos and forum posts; this book was one of them. I picked it up not really to help me fix my bike, but as a stand in for not cycling, seems good I thought.

And yes, yes it was good.

If you're an average cyclist you will find the book relatable, if you're an avid cyclist who watches Tour de France, drools over new parts, and have at least 3 bikes in your garage (all of which only YOU ride) I will be surprised if you don't absolutely relate to this book. With that said this book is for cyclists of all kinds, commuters, fixie riders, racers, and even MAMIL's! (with a whole page dedicated to them!). The book overall was easy to read with cycling humour dotted here and there, but unsurprisingly the biggest selling point of the book is the cartoons, simplistic and it gets the point across, to put it simply it is the cyclist's life illustrated in a fun way.

this book makes for a great gift to a cyclist :) and great to have in the collection if YOU are a cyclist.
