Not too bad. Felt familiar but I did enjoy most of the stories. An easy read, I honestly could have finished it in an afternoon. I liked that the topics (especially the heavier ones)-- mental illness, immigration, polygamy, religious fanaticism, domestic violence--were dealt with in a realistic and raw way.

Short stories with typical themes from common Issues in Nigeria society. Domestic abuse, importation of brides, false lives, false hope, government insensitivity and insecurity and a heartwarming story of unconditional love. A light easy read by an author who will go places.
