Interesting - esp on how, Dundee aside, Britain could never really get them right - but so so much racism, sometimes noticed by the editors, sometimes not.
This was published in 1967 and the author's ideas on the future of comics seem quaint given how comics have developed over the last fifty years. It's a decent overview of the development of comics with generous illustrations. Sadly I found the small print in some of the strips hard to read which just shows that I am getting old!
