Nothing inherently wrong with this book. I was just hoping for more tips rather than recipes.

It was surprising easy to appreciate this book even though I'd like to put on the gloves and go a few rounds with the obnoxious TV persona Gordon Ramsay exudes. I was truly amazed that his recipes, instructions, and tales were nowhere even close to the foul-tempered, foul-mouthed asshole he comes across as when you watch him.
This book was a celebration of good food and good eating and well worth the time to read and take notes from.
