Calling it "The Complete Book" of Celtic Designs is really overselling it. It's a great collection of reference images, in nice clean lines that look like vectors, and a solid reference for artists. But it sources very few of the images, and has no information on the history behind them, or how to draw the knots naturally instead of just tracing them.

Strongly prefer Celtic Art: The Methods of Construction for people who actually want to learn to *make* original Celtic art rather than just to copy it.
