TRUE MATES: The Complete Series by Olivia Arran
Wow this is such an awesome compilation of shifter stories. Each story is made up of alpha shifters who find their one true mate, but true love is never an easy path. And we read about their struggles, the dangers they encounter and the moments it all comes together. All these stories are based on one main pack, which then branches out towards various other smaller packs, with a few surprises along the way. The characters are strong and determined, and I loved each and every one of them. These books are filled with drama, suspense, action, betrayal, hope, and some hot shifter romance. We also have some laughter, sadness, and gritty moments along the way. I'm hoping that the author will write a few more books to add to the collection, as I see so much potential for some of the other characters we've met but don't have their own stories. So overall, this series was very exciting, entertaining, and very enjoyable.

OH WOW! This is a fantastic series! The title gives you a impression of romance and violence and that's what this is and much more. It has vengeance and sexness which will bring a smile and sometimes a frown to your face plus you may need a fan or two while you read these stories.The characters are awesome and their chemistry burns up the pages. It's full of emotions with a handsome drop gorgeous heroes and a beautiful feisty kick butt heroic women. I can bet you that you will enjoy this series especially if you don't mind that every page will keep you on the edge of your seat until the end. I enjoy characters like these that always draw me in to see how much their characters will grow throughout these stories and of course I wasn't disappointed it was just as I expected and much more.This is definitely a captivating series! Again I must say WOW this set of books are awesome and that I really enjoyed every page its full of such a great romance with a great dialogue with each story. It's full of intrigue and a fantastic twist with emotional drama. Because of their sizzling hot chemistry it will keep you turning pages after page. The women are strong and the men are willing to protect their mates and help their women feel the love of their bond with steamy connections. But believe me you will enjoyed every moment of their relationships as I did. I know I'm repeating myself but I can't help it. This is definitely a entertaining interesting storylines that will make you talk to characters out loud. But all the books are by this author is just as awesome, I'm happy I have started binging her books they are intriguing with lots of drama and this is another set I that I couldn't put my reader down until I finished them. Wonderful series
The story will bring you in ring you out Raise you up Turn you around and make you laugh and make you cry and you will enjoy every minute of it . When is story bring issue and in the middle of a love hate relationship you wonder how it's gonna turn out because you know when it's well written he'll draw you in and you can't put it down this is a great series you will enjoy it tremendously.

I received this box set for an honest review but I have read most of these books ages ago in various box sets. It is nice to have them all together like this.
TRUE MATES 0.5 - FOUND
Every time I read one of this authors books I enjoy it. I really loved this short story, it was just a page turner from the beginning.
A well written story about Adam, the Colstone Alpha who is taking a short break in his cabin as he is being pressured to mate. He knows his true mate is out there and he does not want to mate anyone else.
Then he hears a scream and finds Claire injured. in the woods. At long last he has his mate.
Claire is running for her life from a crazy coyote who thinks she is his mate. She has also lost her memory but it comes back quickly thanks to the mating bond.
They have a short time together trying to get to know each other and deal with the mating bond before the rotten coyote shows up and then IT IS ON.
Claire and Adam were lovely and a great pair and the back ground about Claire’s pack will I think come into play further on. That is a big problem brewing.
TRUE MATES 1 - PROMISED
This is the story of James the son of Adam and Claire from Found. I was sorry to read that Adam had died. But in this book it comes across that James is his son.
He is a good Alpha, though as his mother points out he was a bit of an idiot at first.
Kara is on the run from her old pack which is being run by the ratbag Beta Eric, as the Alpha has given up since the death of his mate. She is extremely wary as her whole life has been dictated to and everything she has been taught and told is pretty much wrong.
She does not think she is brave or anything special and I really felt for her, she draws your sympathies out as her story leaks out along the way. She was a hell of a lot stronger than she thought she was, surviving what she had.
This story had it all, even had James having a girlfriend which was funny as he had just told Kara she was his true mate and Amanda makes an appearance. Talk about egg on your face.
The end with the challenge was really hair raising. Eric was just pure evil.
Loved Lisa, what a best friend.
I really liked this book and will be reading the rest of this series.
TRUE MATES 1.5 - A SPARRING DISTRACTION - This is a little add on from the author starring Kara and James which is a fun read. James is really stressed and Kara is worried about him so she helps him blow off steam with some naked sparring. What a fun way for the two mates to find some stress relief in a playful and sexy way.
TRUE MATES 2 - TAKEN
At the end of book 1 Lisa had been kidnapped to force Kara’s compliance to Eric’s evil plans. Lisa had also met her true mate in the shape of one growling, obstinate, not believing it, you are not my mate, Beta of the Colstone pack, Sean.
Sean was still arguing with his wolf as he rescued Lisa.
I loved Lisa throughout this whole book, she is smart, bright, kickass, positive and exactly what Sean needs to bring him away from his horrendous childhood.
Once Sean’s story unfolded I understood him so much better and he became one of my favourite scarred heroes. The sins of the father really come across in this book. Sean IS NOT his (hate to even use this word) fathers’ son.
Lisa and Sean were the ultimate couple for me, she will brighten and improve his life and he will always love her and keep her safe.
TRUE MATES 3 - HEALED
Amanda is the installed as the proxy alpha of her old pack. She was shunned by this pack over something that was not her fault.
Tarq is sent as Amanda's beta, which he is quite happy about as he believes Amanda is his mate, no matter how much she denies him.
This was a good story with Amanda and Tara fighting an uphill battle to get this pack going in the right direction after all the problems and evil leadership they have had to deal with.
Add to this a traitor trying to bring Amanda and Tarq down, reluctant pack mates and Amanda dealing with her past and her attraction to Tarq and you have another enjoyable story in this series.
We also learn some sad information about Tarq’s mothers past and therefore Tarq’s birth and also some startling information about Tarq’s alter ego. That was very interesting.
TRUE MATES 4 - REDEEMED
A really great read. My favourite so far.
Wow, what a wonderful direction this series has gone in. The surprises keep coming and you just cannot stop reading until you know what is happening next.
Macey, we know and fear, LOL, but what a hunky powerhouse surprise Jason was.
It is horrible to hear even more about what the Sunclaw pack is doing and I felt bad for Jason learning all about everything that happened to his family that he has in this book.
But I can also see Macey and Jason will be awesome alphas in their own right when the time comes.
TRUE MATES 5 – CHERISHED
I was really happy to see this was Oliver’s story, he has been so alone in all the other books and I thought untouchable but Ms Arran brings him out of the dark with one amazing woman and her son.
Ana has had the most horrendous time that any woman could possibly go through and has come out of it with a great mate by her side.
A grand conclusion to this series.
Well this book tied up and ended the troubles very nicely whilst branching of in another direction.
I do hope we meet up with these good people sometime down the line.

Worth reading
I read a lot of shifter books and these I truly enjoyed. They have the affection and sexual interest without making it pornographic. The characters are realistic and relatable that I really hated to see it end.

A well written set
This is a well written shifter set. It does need to be read as a set, as the characters and plots are intertwined. The storyline is good and the interaction between the characters is great. A great summer read.

Excellent series
Each one of the stories builds upon previous story but they are stand alone. You can't help but love the characters in each storyline to go with it. It will be a series I will enjoy rereading in the future.

Brilliant
This set of books are superbly written by Olivia Arran. Each character is well crafted. I especially like Lisa. She reminds me of my daughter and her friend who is now my adopted daughter. Life is never calm or quiet when they get together.

Started slow but ended amazing
The first two books I really didn’t like.. I almost stop reading the book but I’m glad I didn’t because the 3rd book was when things were getting good, 4th was great, and the 5th book was amazingly sweet!! So I guess it was worth it to finish lol..

Loved It!
Hot males and the strong beautiful women who capture their hearts. With shifters you can't go wrong. I loved this series so much I purchased the next two spinoffs!

All together is good
I've read these books before, but having them all in one volume concentrated the fun. Since the storylines follow together, it keeps the whole thing flowing.

Enjoyed these stories as a box set as there was a continuos flow of characters and stories. I won’t list each individual character, but will continue to read other books by this author.

Kind of not happy
I loved the books but I did not care for the hero father to be killed of. Maybe lost or memory gone but not killed otherwise the books were excellent.

Kara got what she needed from James - love and protection! I was impressed with this author's story in Shifter's in the Snow and was eager to read Promised. This is a great story! I love Olivia's character development. I love shifter stories because of the qualities of faithful and steamy. This story delivered and I have added this author to my favorites list. Do not miss this story nor the series! I love it.
Lisa and Sean finally come home to exorcise their ghosts! This is a spectacular series. I love faithful and steamy shifters in a series that demonstrates family of choice ties. I could devour these all day long. Of course we knew that Lisa and Sean would get there HEA yet the real story is in the details. Lisa was taken in the last book and Sean not only rescued her; he claimed her. Finally. We gotten just a hint of previews for the next story and again; the real story is in the details. To get the real story; get the book!
Amanda and Tarq get Healed and ready for their journey to HEA! It is such a good story. We knew in the earlier story that Amanda had a backstory that we did not know about. I love finding out the backstory! Amanda is in a whole lot of pain that she feels she cannot reveal because she deserves to suffer. Tarq has a story too but his is well covered with his easy going nature. Amanda and Tarq are mates but it is going to take some convincing to get Amanda to let go of her baggage. You will not want to miss the story as they find their way out of the past.
Macy joins Jason in his redemption from his past! Macey and Jason's story is outstanding. I love shifter stories about faithful and steamy relationships. If you like that kind of shifter story then this one is for you! Following this series is truly interesting. You can read the synopsis and it is all true but what you do not get from the synopsis is how these two know from the beginning that they are mates and so do those around them. With a mix of reality and fantasy the author has put together stories that will capture your attention till their conclusion. The author immediately draws the reader into each story with the intriguing plot, breathtaking vivid scene descriptions, and witty dialogue. Each relationship has its ups and downs, is far from dull, but then again who wants boring; the male shifters treat their mates with utmost admiration, and each romance is filled with fiery sensual passion. I so loved how the author emphasizes that just because shifters are powerful their power should be used for good, not for abusing the weak and their laws punish the abusers. I relished each story as they were soul stirring; all entertaining and gratifying reads. If you treasure shifter romances this is certainly a fantastic set for your library. {I was gifted this set and this is my honest review}. In the world of shifter romance, the possibilities are endless, but always fascinating. Without reservations, I recommend this set.

Great books
First, I want to say that I love these stories. They're very well written, and the world building is excellent, and the character development is good. There's plenty of action throughout the series, and nothing is entirely predictable, but it's also not out of nowhere.
That said My little feminist self Does not understand why the author felt the need to create two strong alpha type females with highly dominant personalities and then had both of them hide behind their men to fix their problems. If you're going to write strong, dominant women, then please do not feel the need to make them smaller in order to make your male characters appear stronger. There's no reason these women couldn't fight their own battle . And I just don't understand the purpose behind creating the characters in the 1st place if you're just going to make them sit on the sidelines while the fights are actually fought by the men. If you feel like in order to have strong dominant men, you have to make them protect the little women. Then, write little women characters instead of strong women characters that aren't strong when it matters. That's really a very minor thing, but it's a huge personal annoyance.

Great series
I loved every one of books in this series bundle. This was such a great series . I couldn't wait to get to the next one to find out what happened to the bad guys. The series was very suspenseful, romantic, witty and even heart wrenching. I laughed and cryed. It was fantastic.

This is a fabulous collection of books. I so enjoyed reading all the stories of these shifters finding their true mates in very unusual situations. The characters are so well written, Many of the characters have very tragic pasts that make it difficult for them to open themselves up to love. They may try to fight at first but they can't resist for long.
The author does a fabulous job of creating characters that are all so different but share common core values. They are extremely loyal to their pack and the ones they love. I love how protective they are of their mates. The males don't even want another male to look at their mate.
The chemistry between each couple feels so real and I liked that each character got to the their story as the POV moved back and forth among the characters.
I highly recommend the set and the story continues in the author's protector series.

This six book series follows the Colstone Pack. From Adam and Claire, to several generations. Every story is about a strong alpha who finds his mate but must fight for her. I love how the stories overlap and continue on from the ending of one to the beginning of the next. It is nice to have them all in one collection. The heroines are all running from cheaters, or men who want to take them against their will and mate with them. They need their true mates to stand up and fight for them. These stories are powerful, and the heroines have all faced fear, pain, and abuse. But with the love of their mate they can live happy fulfilling lives. The villains are so nasty that you want to slowly rip them apart, so that they feel the fear and pain they have inflicted on others. A great collection of wonderful, enthralling stories.

The storylines are awesome. The characters are fantastic.
In the first story you have a she wolf that is being chased through a unfamiliar frozen forest. She is hurt and half frozen. She falls screams and passes out.
Adam is Alpha of his pack he has went to his cabin in the forest for some alone time. As the pack has been after him to take a mate any mate ,but Adam wants his true mate. Just as he is about to go for a run in the forest he hears a woman's scream!. He scents it is a she wolf when he finds her she is hurt and half frozen. His wolf wants to claim her! Can this be his true mate?.
This is just an example of the first story in this amazing bundle set.

These sexy shifters lives are changed and are made happier by having found their heart desires. Each couple are fortunate to find an HEA with their true mates. Their journeys weren't easy, but were definitely worth it.

This 6 story bundle is full of Alpha shifters and their mates, (some Wolves, one a jaguar shifter and some are even human). What the women all have in common is a true mate in the Colestone Pack. They also have lust that turns to love, a sense of adventure and villains who want to keep them apart and beaten down so they won't fight back. What Olivia Arran has written is a whole story within a story, meaning you can read each one as a stand alone, but they are much better read in order, not that you can get much better than 5

Did not want this series to end. I bought these stories and read them earlier this year and rereading them again as a complete set awesome. Each True Mate couple have their struggles, danger and triumphs to get to their HEA.

This is the way to read this series. Back to back to back to back. I love that each couple gets a complete story for themselves, but the overall plot line keeps you totally engrossed. I can't really say that any of the couples were a favorite. But I was amazed at the way two of the characters who were unloveable were redeemed in their story. And one storyline is so twisty I was guessing nearly to the end. What a ride!

Action packed, sizzling hot series with strong characters - good and bad! If you like shifters and don't have days to read each book then this series is for you. Do read it in order though, as the story continues through out with each book giving two new shifters their chance to find forever after love. Gifted a copy for an honest review.
