Laura Agadoni's "New Home Journal: Record all the Repairs, Upgrades and Home Improvements During Your Years at..." is an incredibly useful book, especially for people like me, who have problems keeping track of things. It would be a great housewarming gift, especially for scatter-brained individuals such as myself. It's a great way to keep the information organized.
