white ninja reminds me of me and that makes me laugh because i (as white ninja) am humorous. and cruel.

I've been reading this webcomic since forever, so I recently decided to get up off my lead ass and buy copies of the book so the creators could do stuff like buy food and pay their rent.

These older strips really hold up well, and I'd forgotten most of them. There's a humor here that is surrealist verging on Dadaist, and I really enjoy it. I can't think of another comic that has done this so well for so long....

Bevan was born in 1964 and grew up near Merewether in Newcastle.

In 1984 Bevan joined The Newcastle Herald as a cadet journalist. He later worked in commercial radio as a news presenter. After a fifteen month stint in Japan he joined the Nine Network in 1989 as a reporter. He spent time in Perth working for Nine News.
