When I came across Sunrise Underground on Netgalley, the intriguing synopsis definitely drew me in. A ballerina turned ninja? I'm down! :)

Unfortunately, I just didn't loooove this book. It had so much potential, but I just don't think it was the one for me.

This books spoke on so many levels. My sister wrote this book and sent me a copy. I'm a pretty hard reader. History, comedy and such. I've dipped into a few Christian books but only finished a few. As I started reading this book it was kinda weird reading it. (I've never read a relatives work before. So this was allll new to me.) Kayla Bulster is another new author to me she writes a good story but the start is slow but the rest of the book is good. The story is enjoyable, entertaining and funny in places. The book stars with Tilly and her best friend going to a club called the Pit while there they are invited to the VIP area by the owner (bad guy) also while there Tilly's mother and little brother are murder.
