3.5 stars for limitations of book (I wanted the book to do more than it intended to offer). I met the author while on vacation, and he shared the book with me. I gave it a thorough skim and was able to easily absorb the framework.

The book unfortunately is mostly descriptive of its concepts, but does not engage the reader into exploring how one might begin to better understand their “Productivity Compass”.
