You would think at some point Jet and Matt could find some peace, a place where they could just be happy raising Hannah. I think maybe they might have a chance at it now. Sure it comes with a price as Jet is back where she started. But those few missions might be worth the price of a quiet life, especially if she gets the terms she laid out.

The saga continues with Matt, Hannah and Jet yet again having to be on the move and this time they are keeping as low a line of sight as possible but as usual someone creates an iossue which threatens the family and Jet is forced to take action....in doing so it opens the door to her old Mossad boss getting hold of her.....the lure of some level of protection and a possible permanent home is enough for Jet to take the risk of working for them again....and the adventure begins with Jet again having to use all her skills and a little luck to make it home a tad battered and bruised! Another well written believable adventurte.......and on to the next! :)

'Forsaken' was a whirlwind adventure of sorts. The story line was well written and it played out nicely. The characters are a great combination of good and despicable personalities. Jet pushed her luck throughout this book, no thanks to the one holding her strings. She is such a badass though, that I knew she would overcome many obstacles. I look forward to reading more. A great add to your tbr list.

Blake Wins Again!

Russell Blake is a “WordSmith”... I know because in my world, I am too. I’m a Minister of The Gospel and I’ve written over 4,000 Sermons in my life. Every Sermon must be unique and stand alone but have a connection to The Bible. Blake’s writings are unique and they stand alone and yet there is a connection there too... A connection to an amazing figure; Jet. Thank you Russell

Jet & Matt decide to become refugees, which really puts them at the bottom of the totem pole. After some really rough going they find they can’t get away from those agencies searching for them so Mossad makes Jet a deal and she’s on board. For her part she has to kill but that is old hat, except she has a handler that proves to be a problem. Then it’s discovered that Mossad has a traitor, but in the end it all works out. Very interesting read. 5

After months on the run, JET settles down, only to be delivered an unthinkable ultimatum she can't refuse: risk her life or that of her family.

Continuous action. Jet fights and wins. I find myself yelling, "Oh, yea." (To myself, that is.) Protecting her little girl, Hannah is Jet's priority. Inside a refugee camp, they hide. It gives a little downtime. Then, the action ramps up again. Nail-biting scenes. Each one of these books gets better.

Very topical

The plight of Syrian refugees was made clear in the first part of the story, and the machinations of power took over in the 2nd. As usual, Jet used quick thinking to handle impossible situations. I have a quibble with the way a major plot point was resolved. It really could have been spelled out a little more clearly. I hope Hannah gets a few years of normalcy.

This was a local Library loan. Again, another thrill ride, a totally satisfying read, complete with assassinations, cracked ribs, political upheaval, foreign government involvement and, of course, betrayal. Mr. Blake’s alter-ego (?), Jet, delivers. I read this one totally out of order, but that’s okay, now that I know what I know of Jet in the first few tomes of this ‘badass’ woman’s story.

This installment in the Jet series had more political overtones and slightly less action, but I still enjoyed it. Jet spends time as a refugee, biding her time as she makes the only escape she can. There are still plenty of tense situations where Jet gets to display both her skills and her intelligence. All in all, a good read.

I was mistaken after reading the previous book that their ordeals were over and this novel continues their travails I think form Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, Sardinia and evenually Israel, but completing sanctions in Herzegovina.
It seems Jet is hooked back in with the Masad and no hopes for escaping their control?

It’s a return to the Jet of early days. Unputdownable (yes, I’m sure that’s a word) at times. I’m really enjoying this series and I’m glad it’s taken a step back towards the action of the earlier books.

Another well written Jet story. As exciting as ever. But I'm sure the "Director" will continue to screw over Jet, otherwise a book about her, Hannah, and Matt leading a quiet life at home would be pretty boring!

So much action

A lot of readers might object to the bloody violence, but I think it is great that a character who emulates James Bond is a strong and purposeful woman moo and a mother.

Entertaining

Jet, Matt and Hannah are on the run again. They have a few problems before arriving in Italy where three bullies followed them and of course Jet defended herself but was arrested.

More twists and turns than the road to Hana.!

some events and outcomes were predictable; but most were not. The interaction of the protagonist with other actors in the story was refreshing, plausible, and cast a new light on Jet's character. Sets the stage for a new direction

Jet Continues

Great book and compelling story! From refugee status and the lowest of the low, and risking her life at every corner, she once again proved to be way beyond other agents or former agents. Strap yourself in!!

Action-packed suspense with the adventures of Jet, a former Mossad agent who's still trying to escape her past and live a "normal" life. This is a series you won't want to miss!

Jet at her best, although this one took a lot longer to develop than previous stories.

Great series. Enlightening how the drug world and cyber technology rule our world. Culturally educational. Jet rules! I hope she returns.

Money and power the root of all evil

I liked the twist at the end. It just goes to show how many people can so easily can be bought.
