This is a great resource for those who want to choose the right foods to benefit their skin and hair. The book is divided into sections for parts of the body: face, hair, nails, etc and addresses different types of problems. There is also a section of recipes to help you get the most nutrients. I was happy to learn that some of my favorite foods (tomatoes, pineapple) are good for my skin.

Sigh. I wanted to love it but alas some of the recipes I simply can’t eat (or want to eat, why is everyone obsessed with chia seeds? Yuk!)
The idea behind the book is great and I love the reference sections for customizing one’s needs. It’s one I’ll be adding to my shelves for that alone!
