This is a gripping thriller set around the disturbing world of black market organ harvesting which will have you on the edge of your seat as the story unfolds.

A body dumped in the river has the detectives asking even more questions when it is discovered that not only has it been wrapped in plastic, but the organs within have been surgically and expertly removed. Confounding the event further, a dumb bell was placed inside the cavity before it was sewn up.
