Wainewright, Max How to Code: Level 3 & 4, 32 pgs. Quatro Library, 2017. $10.

This is a review of Books 3 and 4. In Book 3 readers learn about If and else statements and use a new programming platform called Python. Readers can download the helper character robots that are featured throughout the book, to use in a Python activity as a sprite. Book 4 allows students create actual webpages using HTML, including adding links, and colors. Readers then learn some programming using Java Script to add more features. Includes a test project to help challenge readers.

These next two books aren’t necessarily harder, they just move onto addressing different skills, programs, and languages. The pages are bright and the tasks are engaging. This has already been a popular series in my library, I think these are just updated editions. Student readers would be thrilled about making their own websites!
