This was a good overview of my new camera that went into a lot of detail and maybe too much detail. It was designed to take you from a novice camera user to an expert rather than from a film camera to a digital camera user. So a lot of the information was very basic. I think it told me a lot of things I can do with the camera, though, that might prove useful.

Wow! I am actually really impressed with this book. While a lot of it is basically the manual, I did pick up on little tips and tricks that I had not known about. Great for beginners and veterans alike!

*I am currently mentoring with a photographer and she was also very impressed with this book. She liked it almost more than the actual camera manual.

I found this book very helpful. I have never owned a digital camera before and this book broke each and every step down where anyone from a novice to a professional can understand how and what this camera is capable of doing. I am excited to see my photos
