meh. I found the prompts to be rather pigeon holed. This was a gift and while I enjoy these exercises and definitely centering myself daily I felt this book was redundant and I spent more time trying to find the prompt that worked for my day more than anything else.

The coloring pages are super annoying and I don’t understand some of the prompts. It was okay.
