This is the second Geronimo Stilton book I've read. The good news is my kids at school really seem to like them - and this book wasn't so bad. I liked the storyline and it felt a bit Scooby-Doo-ish, which was fun, but then at the very end, it got suddenly so very random, and I sat and went "What in the world does this have to do with anything?" I get that it's a kids book, but should the story really take such a sudden and random 360 for no reason at all other than to fill pages? No, I don't think any book should do such things, children's book or not.
So, because that very weird and awkward ending, I'm giving this book 2 stars. It was unnecessary and didn't add to the story. In fact, because of the sudden, strange change, to me, it really took away from the story.
