Not horror, precisely, most of these... more of the "weird tales" vein. Interesting contradictions between the statements made by the viewpoint character in different tales. Still, if you fancy odd folklore and the Pacific Northwest, it's well worth reading.

The Complete Weird Epistles of Penelope Pettiweather, Ghost Hunter is a hugely enjoyable collection of stories. My favourite type of supernatural fiction is the ghost story.
