I’m passionate, caring, and loyal to a fault. All traits that have gotten me to where I am today.

My future was finally headed in the direction I felt it was always meant to go. Anger fueled my determination for success. But life was never that easy. I should’ve known better than to think it would all just fall into place. All it took was one freak accident to cause my who

A great continuation to this series. I love these books. This book is a continuation of Desolate, in Weston's POV. A. M.'s books are full of emotions that pull you right into the stories. The love story is a must read.

4 Stars I couldn’t put it down!

Conflicted is the second book in The Existing Series. Although this book says that you can read it as a standalone I made sure I read Desolate first and I am so glad that I did. Conflicted picks up where Desolate ended but gave us a view of what was going on from Weston’s point of view. In fact a large part of the beginning of this story ties in perfectly with what was going on in book 1 and if you don’t read that one first I don’t think you will enjoy it as much a

I was given an arc in exchange for an honest review.
I absolutely loved this book! It gives you all the feels...anger, sadness, joy, hope, love. I was crying by 19% in and laughing and smiling by the end of it. This is the story of Weston and his daughter Grace and all they have to go through to find their happily ever after. Along the way you'll also meet Mackenzie, Magdalena, Andrew, Liam, Delaney and Trenton who are all imperative to this book. I finished this book in a day and immediately we

This is the second book in The Existing Series by A.M. Guilliams. This book is about Weston who we met in Desolate. Conflicted is so full of emotion that I found myself with goosebumps, chills, and tears running down my face. I will not give anything away in this book, however I will say that this book is brilliantly written. The characters are so easy to fall in love with. Conflicted is a page turner that I couldn't put down and didn't want to. If I wasn't reading this book, I was thinking abou ...more

Ah, emotions flowing!!
This is the second book in the Existing series, although it says that it can be read as a standalone, I highly recommend that you read Desolate first, to get the full perspective on the story and it's characters. Plus, I feel that this book picks up where it left off. I read this story in one sitting, I just could not do otherwise. I loved it! It gave me answers that I yearned for at the end of book one, plus gave me more smiles and laughs. I am officially a fan of Ms. Guil

Conflicted is the second book in The Existing Series by A.M Guilliams, and tells the story of Weston and Delaney. I would recommend reading book 1 prior to this.

Weston Corbin is first introduced to us in book 1 and i just couldn't wait to read his story. Full of rage from his highschool sweetheart and mother of his child leaving them Weston decides to leave his life in the city behind and move back home to the country. Struggling to help his daughter accept their situation and adjust to it being

A tear jerker if there ever was one!

Poor Wes goes through absolute every sad thing you can possibly think of. When the mother of his daughter leaves them both, he keeps it together for his daughter, Grace, while on the inside he is struggling with rage and confusion.
When his best friend tragically dies, his buddy's girlfriend has no one else. Wes promised to look after after, and he never backs down on his word.
The promise may be the one thing that saves them both from a life of loneliness.

Right from the beginning this story pulled at my heart and it is a continuation of the prior book Desolate but the author fills you in so you can fill in the blanks but Desolate is so good at building the story you should read it. Weston wakes from a dream knowing Mackenzie was leaving but how he doesn't know so when he asks her and she gets nervous he knows it's true. He throws her out before she can upset him and Grace their eighteen month daughter and she leaves without looking back. Later in ...more

In many ways, this book tied up many questions from book one. It explained away Mackenzie's leaving, but, as a mother, it still makes absolutely no sense to me. I still consider her a selfish cow and the lasting affects on Grace will be insurmountable, which I am guessing will rear its head in book three. And Lord I can only shake my head at Weston. It's like he almost caused the whole mess with Trent and Delaney. Goodness, eyeing Trent's woman from the moment he saw her. I wanted to smack Westo ...more

I really enjoyed this read. According to other sources, it can be read as a standalone but I'd say it has to be read after Desolate. I was asked to read this one for an honest review and was given the opportunity to read both - so glad I took it as this would not have made entire sense without the back-story of Desolate.

The books cover a somewhat joined story between two seperate characters. The lead in this one, Weston is a wonderful character in Desolate, he is instrumental in helping a comple

I've come to the conclusion that I must be a masochist, as I read this book right after Desolate in one night. It picks up where book 1 ended, but again, I'm scared to give away the story. I will say that Conflicted told Weston's side of things. He and his daughter Grace go through some big changes that brought them back home to where Weston grew up. It was painful, and his anger sometimes threatened to get the best of him. But as life happens, things can suddenly take another big turn, and that ...more

Conflicted is Book 2 in The Existing Series. If you want to get more acquainted with the characters in Conflicted than I suggest reading Desolate first. I love West in Desolate but most definitely loved him more in Conflicted. I laughed, got mad and cried like a baby. Make sure to have a box of tissues by you. I couldn't put it down I needed to know how Weston's story would end. Although it left me wanting more of Weston and Delaney. The characters and the story flowed (hint being able to read it ...more

This is the second book in The Existing series. In this book you meet Weston, who we first met in Desolate. You learn more about him and his story and what he went through to get back home and how he got to where he could love again. Tragedy strikes and he has deal with the deal of someone who is close to him.

A.M. Guilliams had me feeling a bunch of different feelings in this book: anger, crying, happiness, etc. Once I got started with this book I didn't want to put it down. I'm so glad that I f

4.5 stars!

This is the second book in the twisted journey of The Existing Series., and the story overlaps the ending of book one. Thus, for everything to make sense, make sure you read the Desolate first. Plus, it will prepare you for the twists and turns crafted by the author.

I loved Weston in the first book. He came across as a good, salt-salt-of-the-earth man when he blew into Magdalena DeLuca's life. In Conflicted, we learn so much more about his background, why he is such a good man/friend,
