FINDING BELL: Michelle Ziegler -solid 3-3.5*
A unique retelling of the old Beauty and the Beast story. I really enjoyed the fae lore introduced to make the plot work. Perhaps because the story was so brief, all aspects of the novella felt very superficial. At times I felt like I was just told things and not really drawn into the character’s experience. I did however wish that there was more if an ending/epilogue to give me more closure to the story. Yes there was a HEA, but I just felt like I was

Finding Bell:
Cursed from the dark witch, Henri has become a beast and Bell has no memory of her life with him. So when Bell and her best friend Lane go to Paris and decide to take a tour of this castle, will Bell break the curse and love her beast once again? I enjoyed this retelling of Beauty and the Beast but felt it was too short, I had too many questions after the story ended and it didn't feel all the way complete.

The Blue Mage:
Elona is a thief, a good one at that. So when her friend Roland

Some good, some not

Just like with any box set, sometimes you like them all, sometimes you like a few. The later is the case with this one for me, I enjoyed some of the stories to the point of looking up the authors and their other books. But some I just didn't like but read them through for a fair opinion.
If you like fairy tales retold, this is the box set for you. It will introduce you to some great authors, or reintroduce you to some old favorites.
Happy reading

Creative twists on the childhood stories we grew up with.

These are short stories and side stories of the childhood stories we grew up with. It gives different views and angles of main characters and other characters within the stories we know and come to love growing up.
