This book is great to help you understand of how to teach your children sign language. Is user friendly and keeps the signs simple for those that are beginners. I don't have a child, so I have not had the opportunity to actually put what I read into practice but when time comes that I do have a child, I will be using this book. Also, I have personally seen the benefit of teaching your child sign by observing my cousins. They didn't have as many tantrums (this is not a fix all for tantrums) because they had an outlet to express themselves when they couldn't communicate by words.

Wonderful. A very useful, and easy to use book. We have utilized this with my grandson and will continue to do so as he grows. He "gets" it and sometimes his signing may not be perfect but he does try! I encourage all who are interested to buy and use this great book. I have always thought that more of us should be encouraged to use sign language and this just confirms my beliefs. We will be continuing his and our education in to this form of communication.
