~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

This is the fifth in the series, and another good read. I would say that it is possible to read as a standalone, but there is an underlying plot going through the books - and we get to see previous couples and their progress too. I would say they are best read a little time apart.

Bobby, newly returned to Cedarwood is making a life for him and his children near his parents, and childhood friends. He has had a few damaging

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.

Remy and Bobby have a super hot night together and they both want to explore the possibility of more. Bobby, however, is a single dad and kids are a deal breaker for Remy. Ultimately he decides to give things with Bobby a shot anyway.

Remy and Bobby have a great relationship in the bedroom but outside of it the baggage they have from prior bad relationships proves troublesome. That coupled with The Coalition heating up their

This book took a little time for me to get into but once I was into it I really enjoyed it. I haven’t read any of the previous books in the series and I didn’t feel like I really missed anything but I might go back and give them a read. What Bobby and Remy thought was going to just be a one-time thing turned into so much more. I loved how Remy decided to give things a chance with Bobby and his kids even though h

Robert “Bobby” Gagnon has moved back to Cedarwood with his children so he can have at least a chance to starting over. Bobby has done all the “normal” things a boy is supposed to do, he married a woman, they had one child and adopted another. When he realised he couldn’t live a lie anymore because he wasn’t happy, his wife wasn’t happy he finally told his wife he was gay. After a horrific divorce, Bobby has got his children and is trying to find

Great story

I love the dynamics of this story. There was a great message here. Not everyone needs to agree with what you do or the way you live your life, but it's best if you can all get along. Remy and Bobby had to overcome past relationship stuff to get to a comfortable place in their lives together and with the kids. I liked how Bobby took into consideration the kids opinion on things and tried to let them see that no matter what other people thought about their family dynamics that they were

Again well written with good characters but same issue as the others, everything starts and ends suddenly. Also the story is nearly identical to the others with very little deviation eg suddenly accepting parents, characters changing their minds of if they want a relationship, kids suddenly deciding that they are already a family after a few days.

When she's not writing the stories in her head, Megan Slayer can be found luxuriating in her hot tub with her two vampire Cabana boys, Luke and Jeremy. She has the tendency to run a tad too far with her muse, so she has to hide in the head of her alter ego, but the boys don't seem to mind.
When she's not obsessing over her whip collection, she can be found picking up her kidlet from school.
