Definitely for youth/young adults. It has some great ideas and suggestions, but I got distracted by her own personal story and struggles. It ended up being more a story of her own struggles and how she overcame them. She was much more inspiring and engaging as a public speaker than a book writer. But I'd be interested in seeing how YAs would react to her book.
