Out of the Box: Coaching with the Enneagram
When you do what you don't want to do and fail to do what you know you should, the Enneagram is an enormous help. Bast and Thomson, with 30 years of coaching combined, show how they use the enneagram to coach people who are stuck. Strong self-help for people feeling stuck in familiar unfriendly territory.

This is such a great introduction to the Enneagram for coaches. The examples are really helpful.
I especially appreciated learning how each type presents when "in the box" (toward stress) and "out of the box" (toward growth).
Even though I'm not strictly an Enneagram coach, I found a lot of foundational knowledge that will last me a long time.
