A very nice edition of the Chopin waltzes (also sometimes called "valses".) A small number of intermediate pieces but largely for the advanced student. I recommend the Schirmer edition if you are on a budget - the fingerings they give are typically very practical.

Beautiful pieces. Some are challenging, but that makes them fun to play.
