Another great book that should be read by both qualitative and quantitative researchers. From descriptive stats to non descriptive stats this book has everything. A prior knowledge of stats, and basic arithmetic knowledge is needed for chapters 10, 11 and 12 that deal with hard core statistical procedures like chi-square, ANOVA, R sqaure etc.

meh...it wasn't bad for an introduction to research methods in social research. I would have preferred a book with a little more relevance to modern social research; for example, using the internet and other current technologies.
