The True Calling series was not my favourite Siobhan Davis read, but it was a decent enough series. When I first fell into my Siobhan Davis obsession and purchased the True Calling boxset, I also purchased the short story collection. I am such a HUGE fan of authors doing books like this! I love to read a series and be sitting in that series hangover state and get the satisfaction of the extension of the series by little stories like these, especially contained within a collection so you can read them all at once. I'm also a big fan of getting parts of the story retold from another character's point of view. We get both in this collection from Ms. Davis and I couldn't be happier.

The True Calling Short Story Collection is the perfect way to spend an afternoon or morning. It’s a quick read and reminded me of the characters that hold a special place in my heart. Siobhan’s writing is wonderful as always, and the characters are complex and realistic. If you haven’t read anything by her yet, I suggest downloading something immediately.

I finished the final book in the True Calling series today, but I just wasn't ready to let these characters go. I love the short stories the author writes for her series. They go behind the scenes as well as show events that happened before or after the books. I'm definitely looking forward to Duncan and Lily's stories that will be released later, and I'm sure some of the characters I love will make appearances there as well.

I had already read the True Calling series and most of the short stories, but when the short story collection came out, I felt compelled to re-read them. Again, I loved them! I had wanted to refresh my memory with the details of the series in order to get the most out of the short stories & I'm really glad I did.... These short story's give you a glimpse into the lives of the characters in the future and how they have changed, I love how ariana and cal as well as zane and Mel have made a lovely life for themselves. The short story's seem to be the perfect way to end things as well as start of a new series about lily. I'm a little saddend by the way

A nice collection of short stories (or expanded chapters) for the True Calling series. I especially liked the last one, Under the Mistletoe. It makes me really eager for Lily's story, which Siobhan will be telling in a spin off series. The first book will come out in 2017- I don't want to wait!

This short story collection is filled with perfect stories. The cover seemed cool and the fonts and colors made it stand out.
Each of the short stories has been very detailed and addicting to read. I loved being able to read about each character and what happened through their eyes.
This is a definite read and I highly recommend that you read this trilogy and other works by Siobhan Davis as it is a compelling and page turning series that will keep you on the edge.

All I have to say is I could feel the heart ache coming from Cal and was rooting hard for him to get back together with Ariana. Since I already read the entire series this made so much more sense knowing what happened

You get a different perspective and insight into situations that you didnt expect. The series is wonderful and this was a surprising treat! Siobhan is a master at story telling that grips you. If you like romance, sci-fi, and mystery add this to you list today!

I really loved this short stories series. I loved seeing Ari, Cal, and the rest of the True Calling crew.
Things I have got to say are much more happier in the book (duh). It was nice getting to understand more about Ari’s mom, Zane’s future, and Ari’s and Cal’s married life. My favorite scene out of the entire short story collection is the Christmas scene and wedding. Man, it was so adorable.

This collection of short stories perfectly compliments a fantastic series. I absolutely loved the True Calling series from start to finish. Siobhan created a wonderful world that the reader could get lost in.

These were terrific little stories told from another perspective. Loved them and it finished up the series nicely. This series is so very highly recommended.

I was nice to read the miscellaneous short stories (Torn Apart, Endings and Beginnings) in a single collection. That being said, I'm not certain I would actually call any of the short stories, short stories; rather, extended chapters. I'm glad that Zane finally moved on in "Perfect Moment". I'm sure that Cal and Mel will always be suspicious of Zane's feelings to Ari but you could feel his happiness in "Under the Mistletoe".

Very short - not worth buying
Although i loved the true calling series this short story collection is ridiculously short and kinda pointless!! Its really not worth spending money on and isnt even available on kindle unlimited like the rest of the series. You are not missing out on anything by slipping this book.
