Another great series from Alexa Brookes. I read all 10 books in 1 day as it had me hooked with the twist through the books you think it's one way only for it to be completely wrong.
Gracie works for Jordan she wants him to notice her, while he had noticed her and wished she would notice him. Gracie filled an order marked top secret. It turns out the order is going to course Jordan to take Gracie away to keep her alive as Jean wants revenge for his brother. Jordon hopes no one followed them. His best friend Austin comes to help. Jordon is offered help from Adam, Jean's other brother can they trust him? Jordan gets a call from Marty and things get more confusing

This is a very interesting box-set to read and I really enjoyed reading it. The story covers Gracie, who works at a mail order business which is owned by Jordan and Gracie is very interested in him. Jordan, a billionaire fetches Gracie's laptop from her office and discovers a computer journal written by Gracie about intimate longings for him now this is where the fun starts. What you will find in this story is, drama, suspense, intrigue, a mysterious package, threatening phone-call, a posted bomb, intimate journal on laptop, eating together, possible car following Gracie, going home, getting ready for bed, knock on door, men breaking into mail order center, being told to kill look out by Gracie's house, threats, Jordan grabbing Gracie and going to cabin, hide-out, intimacy, fear, shown gun room, going out, Jordan getting shot, dash to cabin, killing shooter, a friend's (Austin) arrival, laying traps and cameras, brother (Adam) of killer (Jean) bringing information off Jeans computer, knocking Adam out, Adam tied up, bondage play between Gracie and Jordan, phone call, a woman (Marty) admitting she killed Marty (brother of Jean and Adam), sounds of breaking in and shots fired over phone, Adam being untied and hacks computer, Jordan and Gracie using sex toys, bondage and tied up, Adam calling Jordan, Jordan gets dressed and leaves Gracie still tied up, Austin sneaking in and taking liberties, threats, Austin leaving and Jordan returning and Gracie keeping quiet about Austin, The story-line is well thought out and written and the characters have personality with feelings of fear, lust and desire. This box-set ends on a cliffhanger and I look forward to reading more in this series.

When He LUSTS is a fabulous, hot yet heartwarming romance story. Action packed storyline with murder, mystery, thrills, suspense, and passion continue to keep you glued to the pages of this fascinating story. This is the second box set that I read from Alexa Brookes. I like the characters of Jordan and Gracie. Gracie worked for Jordan and she had a secret crush on Jordan (her boss), who was tall, handsome, sexy, and a billionaire. Gracie was shy to say anything to Jordan, and he would not say anything to her even though he liked looking at her. Gracie would always write in her journal what she would like Jordan to do to her. Gracie handled a package that stated ‘Top Secret’ and all hell breaks out. The chemistry between Jordan and Gracie grows more potent the more time they spend together, and their sex is off-the charts hot. Jordan is determined to protect Gracie as he immerses herself in the mystery of what happened. There are several surprises and plot twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. The series will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end.

Good story line
I've read many of Alexa's series and I have to wonder if she wrote this one? While the story line was really intriguing the writing was sub par to say the least. First of all God should always be capitalized! The word had was ridiculously over used. Some sentences didn't end with a word that made sense. Basically I had to edit the writing through the the entire series making it entirely too much work to read. I'm truly saddened to have to write this kind of review.

This is definitely a book for adults.
Gracie works for Jordan shipping orders. They have both been lusting after each other but not said anything. An order was shipped that caused someone's death and Gracie and Jordan are doing to have to work together to try to stay alive.
I understand the premise of the story, but I'm struggling to understand why it is told in such small "books" that make this box set. I'm not enamoured in the way it has been told either. This seems to be more a book about sex and fantasies between two people that might have a bit of story in between.

Mystery and Drama Continue
Jordan and Gracie have a lot to learn about Randy's murder. Who really ordered him killed? Why? Jordan calls in reinforcements to help keep he and Gracie safe, but is that such a good idea? Why would the brother of the man threatening to kill Gracie offer to help them? If you want answers, then you just have to rest Why He Lusts parts 1-5.

It Has Potential
An ARC was given to me for an honest review. Each of these books are only thirty-eight pages. It would be a fun read if they were made into one book. But if you like serials, enjoy.

Love Jordan and Gracie. This was a story that kept my interest start to finish. They are running from a mistake of someone else's making but not giving up on each other. Jordan's friend Austin has some moments but at times I wanted to strangle him myself.

Good read
This series is catchy but sort of drawn out it has a great storyline and the characters are complex just not quite fast paced enough for me. I was definitely interested to see what happened next and will be reading the next set just to solve that mystery.

When He Lusts is a exciting read full of suspense and sexiness. It keeps you enthralled from beginning to end. Jordan and Gracie were complex and likeable. Their chemistry was steamy to read. This is parts 1-5 and I can't wait to read the conclusion to it.
