Josie's Review

I would strongly suggest that you read The Unravel Trilogy prior to reading this book since the characters in this story are introduced in that series. It is not necessary but I do think that you will have a better understanding of Michael’s story.

I love this author’s writing style and with this book she goes above and beyond. I was not prepared for the very mixed emotions I experienced with this book. You know when you get a story that you can’t put down? Even when you have thing

Michael is a character originally introduced in The Unravel Trilogy which I absolutely loved. This can be read as a stand alone, but If, you haven't read it I strongly urge you to do so, because if you haven't met the family already the story of Jax, Max, Raven and Jackie, Bella, Michael, Michael Sr, Mick..etc is definitely worth the read.

To say I went through most of my emotions reading this book wouldn't be a lie, I'm pretty sure that I hit them all. I got angry, I laughed, I fought back tear

A fantastic inspiring story full of mystery, suspense, hurt, love and second chances. I really enjoyed the story and how heartfelt and warm it was. The characters were interesting to read and I loved Michael’s growth and journey.

Michael Vizzano, Jr. thought he had his future planned out. He was about o marry the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. The day before the wedding a Dear John letter is delivered that will forever change his life. Family secrets long buried are unraveled and life as he knows it will never be the same again.

Michael is trying to make sense of all the revelations that came to light: he is a product of rape, his families hidden enemies and a bank account with more money than he know

The Letter: Dear Michael By Theresa Sederholt
Five Star Review
This is a standalone book by Theresa Sederholt an author I haven’t read before but will definitely be reading again. This book centres around Michael, he thinks life is perfect and everything is great. Until the week before his wedding his uncle gets a Dear John letter to give to him, and his world is shaken to the core. Not by the letter but what is revealed after the letter.
Michael is rich and good looking and seems to have everythin

Wow.. what a magnitude of emotions that are portrayed through out this story. My heart shattered for everything that he was put through.. PS I hope you hate Heather as much as I do!! This was the first book by the author that I have read and I have to say it kept me on my toes. I really loved the dynamics of this family and how much they really care for each other even if it can be a bit suffocating! Dagen was a hoot. I loved how she just meshed so well with him without even trying. These two pl ...more

Michael was happy, in love, financially set, had a close and loving family and was a week away from his wedding when his fiancé Heather turned his world upside down.

Michael's family can be a little too protective and close at times so he needed a little distance to live out his own dreams. Michael decided to leave Scotland with his best-friend Bo and move to the states and pursue a career he's always had a passion for.

Michaels family is extremely wealthy and has endured several tragedies due t

One woman's rude mistake.

Life definitely should be lived for today. Those stuck wallowing in the past should be left there. Yes, it is what built us. Not what truly defines us though. All it takes is actually appreciate the Now. Magic happens when we do.

The Letter: Dear Michael is book one in ‘Unraveled: The Next Generation’ series by Theresa Sederholt. Although the first book in a new series, Michael’s character is introduced in the authors previous trilogy ‘The Unraveled Series’, so even though not totally necessary it would be useful to have read that series first so that you can fully understand Michael’s childhood. Many of the characters in this story also feature heavily in the previous series.

3 Stars out of 5.

Copy given in exchange for an honest review.

This book. Where do I start? I was disappointed to be honest. When I read the blurb, I got really excited and couldn’t wait to dive in. Right from the beginning, I just wanted to stop reading. I wanted to move on to another book. But I told myself that this was one of those instances where it starts off a little slow and gradually builds up. But it wasn’t.

This book lacked something for me. I

First, I would like to say that the beginning of this story hit a little close to home for me. To have your significant other bail on you at the last second before you are ready to change your life forever is awful!!! That said, on to the story!!!!

I liked this story a lot. It was sweet. The story was good but a little slow. I loved all the characters. I thought the story went along smoothly. The dialogue between the characters was fun to follow between each character in relation to what was go

With great expectations, this book didn't just deliver, it exceeded. The growth in character and plot development surpassed its predecessors. I am always consumed with a tidal wave of emotion from this author, and this story was no exception. With a firm grasp on her goals for the evolution of her series, she executed this transition beautifully. All the characters that she has created continued to bewitch and beguile us, while introducing new characters to further enrich this amazing series. Mi ...more

Okay I know I said I wanted to know what happened to Michael after the Unraveled Trilogy, but I wasn't prepared for his story. You don't necessarily need to read the Trilogy to know what is going on, but it will help you understand when Michael talks about his family. This one is just told from Michael's and Dagen's POV. Which I loved it this way.
Michael grew up to be this strong boy who knows how to go around his Uncles and for them to see things his way. Years of practice I assume. He is the

In life there's always a reason why things happen the way they do. Changes sometimes come unexpected and they take us through roads we didn't even know existed, most times leading us towards bigger and better things. This exactly what happened to Michael.

The Letter: Dear Michael; was the first book that I have read from Theresa Sederholt, and I can tell you now that it will not be my last.

In this book, Michael gets a Dear John letter from his fiancé, Heather, a week before their wedding, breaking up with him due to his families secrets. When he goes to see her and have her tell him what is really going on, he receives a report from Heather’s dad regarding all things that have happened in his family in the past; things he had no clue about. My Dearest Michael,

I have loved you from the start and continue to love you still. I have watched you grow from a kindhearted boy to an amazing loving man. I know that your heart was broken and it filled you with feelings of betrayal and anger but I am so glad that you allowed your heart to remain open. They say we find love when we least expect it and in places we never conceive.

At one point I was afraid that you would steer away from love due to the bitterness of what was said and done but t

I really enjoyed this book a lot. I love stories of second chances and finding that special someone after a heartbreak or tragic event. Seeing how they put their lives back together is always interesting and just like in real life no two people follow the same path.

Michael is a week away from his wedding to Heather when she sends him a Dear John letter after having his family investigated and she discovered things she did not like. Michael is very upset about this and decides to go and

The Letter: Dear Michael is a slightly mysterious and lovely read by Theresa Sederholt, that will provide you with 3.5 stars of romantic reading.

Michael is a sweet, honest, and strong male lead who has been brought up wealthy. While life has given him most of what he wants, he wants some normalcy and true love. Maybe America will have what he wants. Then there is Dagen. She’s not new to folks with money, but Michael seems to hide some of his past from her; and she doesn’t know if she can trust h

This is not my first book by Theresa Sederholt and it definitely will not be my last. I love her style of writing. I love her happily ever afters, even when the main characters don’t see it happening. I love the way Sederholt brings her characters to a situation and allows mistakes to happen and lessons to be learned.

Sederholt writes another story with adventure and laugh out loud moments. This story is a coming of age story for Michael. When his life takes a different turn than what he has pl

You first met Michael in The Unraveling trilogy

You might say poor Michael at first. This man/boy has been through so much in his life. A kidnapping, constant security detail, private life.
Once he tries to make a life for himself out in the open he has a physco on his hands Heather!! She is deranged. One of those woman who can't take no for an answer, who is in a relationship because of WHO he is not, who he is. In it for the money, not the love.

When the book is so good that you do not want to put it down, this book is. I read it until midnight, if only I do not need to wake up and work early. I could read the entire night but have no choice but to put my Nook down and charge it.

Michael is far the richest male character I EVER read in the book. This guy not only filthy rich but is so humble. I wonder if he is real, another Dagen will be lucky to pamper his love and his wealth as well.
