I didn't intend to go into this book to fully read from cover to cover, however as I was picking out segments to reference in an assignment, I found it to be really interesting and wanted to get a greater context of the science behind breeding animals.
In terms of understanding this, it was set out in a really appreciated, user-friendly layout that was easy to read and absorb, but there were times I felt hindered. This wasn't always to do with not understanding all of it (of which I comprehended a large amount), but was instead due to what I feel to be a lack of punctuation where it was needed. Because of this, I found myself going over sentences multiple times to understand how it should be read.
Anyway, as well as providing some great information for my assignment, it has also given me a wider, albeit basic, knowledge of animal breeding and, to an extent, genetics.

Pick it up, give it a go, and enjoy! >(^_^)<
