I think this is a great book. The approach to the topics covered in this book is very inspirational to get me motivated to help bring healthy and positive changes in my lifestyle along with a positive outlook.

This is not a novel . ... but a A book of sharing by Cheryl L. Ilove: as titled in the preface: "My Personal Journey to Fitness and Flexibility." then moving on: in the introduction: " Your Journey to Becoming .... Forever Fit and Flexible. " Visualization concept and engaging one's mind:

*** I volunteered to review this Advanced Readers Copy, I received no monetary incentive for this review, these are my honest thoughts, ramblings and I try not to spoil the book for a reader, it's JUST purely my thoughts after reading it - take them as they are but I always advise you to read a sample as you can on most ebook sites - hopefully this statement appeases Amazon and their constant changes in their T&Cs***

I enjoyed reading the Author Cheryl L Ilov's preface to this book, Cheryl begins

Forever Fit and Flexible : Feeling Fabulous at Fifty and Beyond by Cheryl L. Ilov
Was interested in reading this book because after my husbands heart attach we cracked down and got healthy and am always willing to learn and try new things to keep that way.

Principles of the plan are discussed in detail and broken up into chapters. There are even exercises that

Thank you to the author, Cheryl Ilov, for sponsoring the recent giveaway of her book. I was fortunate to win one but that did not affect my review. Ms. Ilove is an engaging writer and I enjoyed reading of her personal journey and those of her clients. She writes in a clear, upfront manner. When providing detailed instructions on how to perform the movement lessons, you don't even notice there are no accompanying illustrations. I'm looking forward to giving those lessons my best shot. ...more

Cheryl’s program includes movement lessons for core strength, flexibility, balance and functional strength. Her program incorporates the principles of Pilates, Feldenkrais, dance and martial arts. She found there was incredible healing power in movement. I received this book from Goodreads Giveaways.
