This book follows four characters. Bo is home from serving in the army and has to adjust to being a civilian again. Hank is recovering from a hard break up and is learning to trust again. Tosca is in witness protection after witnessing a crime. And Joquell is trying to get a fresh start without having to justify all her life choices to her parents. This book proves to be full of suspense and romance. I really liked following the experiences of these four characters while still following familiar

Love this family. Hank lives in this town and wants a certain house. He goes out of town and Joquell guys it the first day it goes on the market. She just moved to town to take a job as a superior paramedic. He works several jobs and is also a volunteer firefighter. They meet up and the excitement starts. The ups and downs between them is fun. A nice clean read. Like-able characters and a good story line. The whole Witness Protection story-line is very interesting and lends itself well to the story - how much of your secrets can you reveal? I would have given it 4 stars, but didn't like the ending at all. The events leading up to the end of the book suggested a whole different ending in my mind and also left me with a lot more questions as to the "how did he find them?" angle.

Identity is the second book in the Carver Ranch series. Identity is two stories in one about a set of twin brothers, Bo and Hank. Bo is home and is not going back to the Middle East. He is ready to take over the family ranch. Hank is frustrated because the house he'd been dreaming of buying suddenly gets sold to someone else. Bo and Hank each meet a woman that piques their interest. But of course nothing can be easy, there is a catch. Will either of the brothers be able to work past the issues t

The moment she witnessed the murder changed Tosca’s Michaels life forever. Now she must start over. Will she ever be able to trust again? Bo Carver just wants a calm, peaceful life on the ranch. Trauma and terror link them together.
Hunky US Marshalls, deputies, and firemen fill the pages of this appealing book. I loved Tosca’s 8 date rule and her grit and spunk. Interesting characters and fast action had me speed reading to find out what happened at the end. Tullis creates endearing and engagin ...more

Bo & Tosca, Hank & Joquell
Bo returns from the service with PTSD and a sandfly infection. He meets Tosca and she challenges him. His twin brother, Hank helps him on the farm besides being an engineer. He meets Joquell on an ambulance run and helps her with the house that he has always wanted. Family and love, two good stories in one.

This is my first time reading of author Heather Justesen book - Identity: Love in Juniper Ridge. Right from the first page to the last I was captivated by the story and its characters. Excellent writing which kept me engrossed page after page. Can't wait to read the next one. I fell in love with Bo and Tosca and Hank and Joquell, and how can I forget Marsh and Karissa. Each character played its role to the hilt in the story. Just loved it.

What a great book! I really enjoyed getting to see Hank and Bo both find the women of their dreams and hear their relationships progress. I can't wait to hear more about Bo and Tosca in the next book and going to start it immediately.

This story starts with a bang... literally! Margot sees a murder happen and has to enter the Witness Protection Program. She ends up in Juniper Ridge, Colorado with a new name and a new identity: Tosca. When Bo Carver returns from deployment, he finds himself in her clinic and he pursues her. He seems like the same kind of guy she is always attracted to, and it never seems to end well for her. But no matter how hard she pushes him away, she seems to be getting closer and closer to him.

I was already hooked on Homecoming and Homecoming: Second Chances, but this volume in the series adds a thriller twist. While one character is trying to change her identity to better herself and escape her parents and former high society life, another is actually in witness protection, changing her identity fully in order to protect her own life before an impending trial. Wrap those two stories in with romances for Bo and Hank, twin brothers we know a little about already from the previous volum

This story follows two love stories between four main characters—Margot (who becomes Tosca in witness protection after she sees her boyfriend kill someone), Joquell (who is trying to escape her disapproving parents who want her to become a surgeon and follow in their footsteps), and Bo and Hank Carver (brothers who each are attracted to one of the girls). The story is set in Juniper Ridge, Colorado and is a clean read. None of the characters really grabbed me, but the story was interesting enoug

Really good novel. Fast paced, with romance and a bad guy. Really liked all the characters. Wished I had been able to read it all at once, but having a baby took precedence. :o) I assume there is another one because Margot's & Bo's story didn't wrap up...

I really enjoyed it. There were lots of twists and turns and the end for Toscana and Bo was unpredictable. Hank and Joquelle were the perfect complete opposites from the other two and that kept the story from being an routine romance novel. Justesen's a fun author.
