The book is dated, and perhaps I should have taken that into consideration, but there wasn't anything in the text that one couldn't learn from a quick Pinterest search on sleep issues.

Very outdated, so wouldn’t recommend it for people actually needing help for sleep. I did read it for my research and it was interesting

This book was a godsend. I got a ton of information on so many techniques and remedies for getting good sleep. Very helpful.
