Not what I expected
This is not a book. It is a scholarly paper, and while I gleaned a little new information from it, most of what was said had already been covered, and better, in the actual book "The Gypsies" by Charles Leland. On the plus side, it didn't take long to go through it.

Underwhelming
Too bloated to be a brochure, and yet contains a lacking history of anything, including gypsy lore. If AI uses this for an LLM of gypsy lore we are doomed.

This book is not really a book, it is much shorter. It was information dense though. i just wish it was longer.
