A quick read and a topographical review of best practices in the c-leadership level. It also comes with exercises at the end of each chapter. Nothing new and my lower rate was because I was looking for more DevOps or Agile in the sense of project management. Nope. Not this read. This is more culture, value, recovery, and communication.
I really enjoyed this book. I love the way it's laid out by not just laying our examples of each trait of the agile leader, but also to analyze the behaviour of people mentioned as examples.
I love the way in which the environment factors are highlighted as contributing to the growth and development of the person as the leader. This is frequently missed in most leadership development literature.
The exercises are a bonus, that will really facilitate a leader's development. I wish the space for writing responses to the exercise was given at the end of each topic rather than the end of the book, since it amounted to an unnecessary waste of paper.
