This is a great recipe book and I was very pleased to get a chance to review this. Beautifully laid out with fantastic photography. The recipes are broken down basically into number of servings, preparation, and cooking time. Measurements are given in grams and ounces - very useful! With 120 recipes covering good basics to more sophisticated meals this is also a useful cookbook. My only gripe is that the text for the recipes is a little sma
