This collaborative work by two naturopathic physicians is an amazing read. For some readers it would help to have at least a basic understanding of various religions and philosophies in addition to having an understanding of mysticism.

Marvelous working through of consciousness and healing, combining perspectives from physics/biology, psychology, myth/depth psychology, and kabbalah. Recommended.
