My son, AKA Elon Musk, Jr., requested that I read this book (and its corollary: The Cold Book) because he enjoyed it, and thought I would too. I do not refuse such requests, and indeed, I enjoyed, and I learned a thing or two.

This book is great for older students who can use this book as research about heat. Or the teacher can use each couple of pages as a lesson during a unit on heat. Beautiful pictures and great information.
