this story simply wasn't for me. While I like second chance romance, I dislike stories where the seperation happened thanks to meddling relatives. It's just so overdone and typical, and you always see it coming from miles away. It tends to make the characters look stupid and naieve.

This book crosses that with a revenge plot from the hero against the heroine, which I'm always skeptical about, and then it throws in a magical gypsy music box!

Basically this is a collection of things I dislike, so no wonder I didn't like it. It might work for others though.
