Good Advice

Written in bite sized chapters, with real world and useful advice, the book is a good introductory read for someone looking at getting into real estate or flipping houses. It is not easy, and you will get that vibe clearly in the book. Lots of lessons learned, suggestions and offers to help. A good resource.

Overview of flipping but lacking detail

Easy to read, real estate overview, lacking financial detail specifically pertaining to tax implications I was seeking. Great introduction to flipping and rentals.
