This was the first crochet book that I really understood. I tried a few books before this, but I was actually able to teach myself with this one. It explained and showed lots of basic stitches, and also taught how to read crochet abbreviations. This was a great book and I would recommend it to any beginner.
This a great book for the beginner (which I am). The instructions are very easy to follow and there are some super cute patterns. I've tried a few other books and I've had a hard time understanding how to do some of the stitches but this book has been very helpful.
